Our “Nutrition Promise” is to empower kids to make wise food choices that will last them a lifetime, teach kids the importance of good nutrition and healthy eating habits, and the Top 5 Nutrition goals for LT Fitness Kids

Goal #1 - Make Nutrition Fun and Engaging

To transform healthy eating into a joyful adventure that empowers kids to make positive choices for their bodies and minds.

Teach kids the fundamentals of MyPlate and the five food groups.

Give kids the skills they need to make lifelong healthy nutrition choices, such as teaching food prep and cooking skills.
