LT Fitness was founded in 2015 as Latoya Jones saw the need in her community for more health and wellness programs. With a dream of building an inclusive and accessible wellness organization, she enlisted the help of friends and family to help create her vision. Fast forward almost 10 years and LT Fitness has grown into a multi-tiered organization with programs for kids and adults. And... they're just getting started.
